  • Lösungsansätze für Landschaftskonflikte / An Approach to the Resolution of Landscape Conflicts

Landscape is an immaterial resource generally used by actors other than thosethat depend directly on its fundamental resources such as soil, water and forests.Landscape conflicts can be solved only if the actors involved reach an agreementregarding the interpretation of use rights to the landscape. The authors demonstratethat landscape facilitators, including tourist information offices, tour operatorsand nature conservation organisations, often play a decisive role in preventingthe owners of basic resources from impairing landscape.
